Meeting Environment

Consisting of a main meeting room with multiple "breakout areas" around it, the Retreat is most suited to groups of up to 18.  There are 2 large covered break-out areas and four open seating areas in the grounds.  With plenty of outdoor seating available, much of your meeting can be held in the open air around the grounds should you wish.

A broad range of standard equipment is provided including broadband internet connection, data projector, sound system, electronic whiteboard, and fax machine. 

There are ample power points for laptops and other equipment both inside and on the outdoor terraces.

Catering

We have arrangements with Lizotte's on the Bay of Hardys Bay to provide a wide range of catering options on site at the Retreat where there is a small kitchenette and an outside barbeque with large serving area.   We are happy to give you their details so that you can make your arrangements directly with them. Sample menus and prices are provided on this web site.

You are also welcome to cater for yourself.  The kitchenette has hotplates, a microwave / convection oven and a BBQ.  A small extra charge will be added for cleaning if you decide to take this approach.

If you decide to eat out there are three good restaurants in Hardys Bay just a couple of minutes drive away.
